For the first-timers05 / 06What’s it all about?
Trial offers may reward first-time customers who activate a service and meet its stated conditions. A free trial may still require a payment method and may renew into a paid subscription. Critello does not manage the subscription or cancel it for you.
How to get started
- 01
Read the trial length, renewal price, cancellation deadline, eligibility and any required paid commitment.
- 02
If you choose to continue, activate the trial through the offer link and save the confirmation and provider’s terms.
- 03
Complete the qualifying action. Set your own cancellation reminder and cancel directly with the provider if you do not want to renew.
A few things worth knowing
- “Free trial” does not mean “no future charges.” Auto-renewal and pre-authorisation holds may apply.
- Some offers require you to remain subscribed for a minimum period. Early cancellation may invalidate the reward.
- Never rely on a possible reward to cover subscription fees. Credit can be delayed or rejected.
- Cancellation, refunds and billing disputes are handled under the service provider’s terms.
Know what counts.
Before activating a trial, note the renewal date, renewal price and cancellation deadline. Check whether the reward requires a minimum subscription period. Keep the confirmation and manage the subscription directly with its provider.

Clear answers. No fine-print treasure hunt.
Visit the help centerWill Critello cancel my trial?
No. You must manage and cancel the subscription directly with its provider.
Can I cancel immediately and still earn?
Only if the particular offer permits that. A required subscription duration must be completed to qualify.
What if I get charged?
Contact the service provider’s billing team promptly. Critello cannot reverse a third party’s subscription charge.
