01.About these terms
These terms govern your use of critello.com, the website branded as Critello. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any conditions attached to a particular activity. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Advertisers, research teams, app stores, subscription services and payment providers may have separate terms. Review those terms before sharing information, downloading an app, starting a trial or requesting a reward. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
02.Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a binding agreement and legally eligible to participate in your location. Each offer can impose additional country, device, profile or first-time-user requirements. Check those requirements before starting.
Provide accurate information, use an email address you control and complete the required email confirmation. Keep credentials confidential and do not sell, transfer or share an account. Do not create multiple accounts to bypass eligibility rules. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access.
03.Offer conditions and verification
Participation is optional. Read the complete description, qualifying actions, completion deadline, costs, device restrictions and verification rules before taking part. A click, application, installation or partial completion does not automatically qualify for a reward.
The responsible provider must validate the required action. A previous installation, duplicate participation, missed deadline, interrupted attribution or incomplete submission can prevent credit. Retain an offer reference and relevant completion evidence until verification is resolved. Remove private information from screenshots.
04.Rewards and payout requirements
There is no guaranteed income, fixed hourly rate or promise of continuous work. An activity creates a reward entitlement only when its stated conditions have been met and completion has been confirmed under the applicable offer terms. Participation does not establish an employment, agency or investment relationship.
Availability, minimum amounts, fees, currency, exchange rates, verification requirements and processing estimates depend on the selected payout method. Review the applicable details before confirmation. Use recipient accounts and wallets you control. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible and incorrect addresses or networks can cause permanent loss.
A pending reward may require further validation or an abuse review. A rejected or reversed reward should have a reason, such as duplicate participation, a failed eligibility check or reversal of the underlying advertiser transaction. Keep supporting evidence if you dispute the decision.
05.Trials, purchases and subscriptions
A third party may require a purchase, shipping fee, payment method or subscription that renews after a trial. Review the price, renewal date, cancellation process and refund policy before accepting. You are responsible for managing and cancelling a subscription directly with its provider.
Do not rely on a possible reward to cover a purchase or future subscription charge. A delayed or rejected reward does not cancel payment obligations to a third party. Critello does not control a provider's billing, shipping, product performance or refund decisions.
06.Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, falsify research answers, fabricate completion evidence, manipulate attribution, bypass location rules, trade accounts or exploit vulnerabilities. Automation, scripts, emulators and VPN use must not be used to defeat an activity's restrictions or simulate human participation.
Do not submit plagiarised work, deceptive endorsements, fake ratings, unlawful content or private information belonging to another person. Report suspicious requests for passwords, upfront transfers, recovery phrases or prohibited conduct. Legitimate accessibility tools must not be used to manufacture completion events.
07.Content and intellectual property
The Critello name, original site design, wordmark and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Do not copy or use them to imply affiliation without permission, except where the law allows it. Third-party names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners; display does not imply their sponsorship or endorsement.
Editorial images and activity descriptions explain categories and do not replace an offer's specific terms. Only submit content that you have permission to share. Any incentivised endorsement must disclose the incentive, and honest criticism must not be suppressed merely because it is negative.
08.Restrictions, disputes and support
Access may be restricted where there is a reasonable basis to investigate fraud, compromised credentials, unlawful use or a material breach. Where lawful and practical, a restriction should include an explanation and an appropriate review route. An investigation does not justify indefinitely withholding valid, undisputed amounts.
For an offer issue, retain the activity reference, dates, device details and relevant completion evidence. Contact the support route identified in the offer within its stated reporting window. A provider that controls verification may need to review the issue. Send only the information needed to explain your request.
09.Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, technical interruptions and events outside reasonable control can affect access. Third-party availability and performance are not guaranteed. Use your own judgement before downloading software, entering a subscription or sharing personal information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Critello is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or loss caused by a third-party service outside its control. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that the law does not permit a business to exclude, including fraud or deliberate misconduct.
10.Changes and contact
Material updates are identified by a revised effective date and communicated through an appropriate channel when required. Changes to reward conditions must respect existing contractual rights and must not be applied retroactively in a way prohibited by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rules in your country may apply. These terms do not limit your ability to seek help from a competent authority or exercise non-waivable rights. Questions about the service or these terms may be addressed to support@critello.com.
